While we at MRRS would like to think our advantages are too numerous to list, here are a few key benefits you will appreciate. There is never a service fee or deposit needed when using MRRS, where others often require deposits or even payment in full at time of booking. Our payment plans are UNIQUE. We know of no other travel service offering a Layaway type approach to vacations.
There is no need to schedule your trip now, simply start payments to lock in your rate. When paid in full, we will be ready when you are. Where do I sign up? Military R&R Solutions (Home Office) PO Box 31868 Clarksville, TN 37040 (931) 920-0222 As of October 1st, 2023, we will no longer operate in the Governors Square Mall. We along with our booking agent will take care of the remainder of our clients that are due to travel in the future. The administration team will be working from home and can be reached on the above phone number from Monday through Friday 10am-6pm, excluding weekends and Federal Holidays. Clients are also welcome to email the Home Office at [email protected]. After 15 years in the Governors Square Mall, a new location will be selected at a later date. The management of Military R&R Solutions, INC Does having a program with MRRS hurt my credit? Absolutely not! After 4 consecutive payments, the primary traveler may use us as a credit reference. We never hurt your credit we only help. What if my plans change? That is the beauty of MRRS! With our program you are not locking in when or where you are going. Since you do not book your travel until paid up and you KNOW you are ready to go, you won’t have this issue. Military need FLEXIBILITY! When can I book my vacation? After you have paid off your vacation we need 90 to 120 days before desired travel dates to start the booking process. This allows for the best availability; however, we can work with short notice if necessary. What’s included in my All-Inclusive Resort Package? These vacations include accommodations, all meals, drinks (including alcohol and soda), tipping, all shows offered at the resort, beach access, and room service. Most resorts include non-motorized sporting activities, i.e. snorkeling, boogie boarding, and more. Airfare is not included in the price; however, we are more than happy to assist you finding the lowest airfare through our booking agent. How long do I have to take my vacation? Clients have 3.5 years total from the date your vacation agreement is signed to pay in full and take their vacation. What’s included in my Carnival Cruise package? Accommodations, port fees, taxes, tipping, 24-hour complimentary room service, dining, 24-hour ice cream and pizzeria parlors, on-board entertainment including Vegas style shows, comedy shows, karaoke lounges, pools, hot tubs, and theatres. Alcohol and soda are not included but packages are available for purchase. Complimentary beverages include water (not bottled), tea, coffee, and fresh juices. Can I travel any time of the year? Absolutely! We work with your schedule and we do not have blackout dates! You can travel anytime of the year, including holidays and peak season. Is there WiFi on the ships? Yes. Fees vary by ship. Our travel consultant will assist you with this at time of booking. If we drive, where do we park while on our cruise? All Carnival Ports have secured monitored parking for your vehicles while you are cruising. Just like airport parking, fees range from $12 to $20 per day. Our travel consultant will assist you with this at time of booking. Is it possible to speak with a representative? What documentation will I need to travel abroad? You will need to obtain a valid passport and one other form of ID. MRRS will assist you with ALL other required travel documents including most current Covid19 travel guidelines. Our experienced travel consultant will personally assist you in planning your dream vacation including completion of all necessary travel documentation as well as the required printable luggage tags for those cruising. All travel docs will be emailed directly to you to keep everything stress free! How do I get my booking number? Booking numbers are issued when the travel consultant sends your completed documents 14 days prior to your cruise departure date. Bubble packages, cheers packages and excursions cannot be booked more than 14 days in advance. Our travel consultant will be happy to assist you with doing this. |
Can I travel if I am pregnant?
Guests over 24 weeks or more into their pregnancy may not cruise, but are allowed to resort. If under 24 weeks we require a letter from your doctor, stating that you are safe to cruise. How old do I have to be to travel? For cruises, the primary traveler must be 21 years or older to travel on their own. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by someone 25 years or older. If married, and under 21 years old, travelers must provide a marriage certificate at the port of departure in order to cruise. At resorts, only during the months of March and April travelers are required to be accompanied by someone 21 or older. For the remaining months travelers must be 18 years or older. Children must be more than 6 months old to travel. Can I use my cell phone while traveling? You should check with your current provider regarding coverage and rates. Are there doctors on the ship? Should a guest require medical attention while aboard the Medical Center staff is available to assist 24 hours a day. The on board medical centers are staffed and equipped to treat routine medical conditions as well as to initiate stabilization of more serious conditions, and transportation off the ship if necessary. How easy is it to start my exciting vacation? Head to your local MRRS and we can get you started. If MRRS is not currently near your location contact the home office at 931-920-0222. What happens if I miss a payment or need to take a break from payments? Call our home office at 931-920-0222 Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Central time and we will attempt to assist you. Can I bring my own alcohol on the ship? Guests, 21 years of age and older, may bring one bottle (750ml) of wine or champagne, per person, only in their carry-on luggage. How do I get to the resorts and port of calls? MRRS does not include airfare in the price. Upon request we are more than happy to assist you in finding the lowest airfare available provided you give plenty of notice. You may also choose to drive your POV to the nearest port of call for cruising. What is the policy for tipping while on my vacation? The standard is $14 dollars per day, per guest. No worries! Tipping is already included in your vacation plan. What are the COVID requirements for cruising?
Carnival Cruise Lines health protocol is requiring that all passengers over the age of 5 years old be fully vaccinated no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the embark upon their cruise. Full vaccination is two doses of Moderna, two doses of Pfizer or one dose of Johnson & Johnson. All passengers will also be required to provide a negative COVID test no older than 72 hours, upon boarding the ship. Passengers may also be required to submit to further testing while on their cruise (on-board testing will be covered by Carnival Cruise Lines). At this time Carnival Cruise lines is not requiring passengers to have their booster shot to cruise. Military R&R Solutions will update this FAQ if the situation changes, and it does become protocol to sail. Do I need to take a COVID test before I fly to an all-inclusive resort? Yes, airlines are requiring that all passengers whether unvaccinated or vaccinated do test negative for COVID-19 before flying. You will receive specific instructions from the airline that you choose to travel with and should contact them with any questions regarding testing. What are the COVID requirement for all-inclusive resorts? At this time, you do not have to be vaccinated to go to one of RIU’s all-inclusive resorts. However, we at Military R&R Solutions, INC do suggest that you are fully vaccinated to travel to an all-inclusive resort.
