Yes. MWR/ITR can book your vacations, if you know when you want to go, where you want to go, and you have money for non-refundable deposits right now. However, if you need the flexibility of scheduling and making payments over time, MRRS is your BEST solution.
No, MRRS never charges a fee for reservations or services of any kind. MRRS also NEVER charges interest if you choose to pay for your vacation over time…even if it takes 2 years!
That is the beauty of MRRS! Since you do not book your travel until you KNOW you are ready to go, you won’t have this issue. This is doubly important when deployments are a factor. The military is not very flexible or understanding when it comes to working around your plans, so WE ARE!

We can make your reservation 90 days (3 months) prior to being paid in full. You must be paid in full prior to your scheduled date of travel. We recommend booking at least 60 days in advance to assure the best availability.
These vacations include accommodations, all meals, gratuity, drinks (including alcohol and soda), any shows that are offered on the resort, beach access, and room service. Some resorts even include non-motorized sporting activities, snorkeling, boogie boarding and more.

Yes, for an additional fee Carnival offers reliable transportation to and from the pier. Terms and Conditions apply.
Accommodations, port fees, taxes, room service, dining, 24 hour ice cream and pizzeria parlors, onboard entertainment including Vegas style shows, comedy shows and karaoke lounges, pools, hot tubs, and beverages including water (not bottled), tea, coffee, and juices are all included. Some ships even offer a running track, basketball court, library, and more. Facilities vary by ship.
Absolutely! We work with your schedule and we do not have blackout dates! You can travel anytime of the year, including holidays and peak season. To assure availability, we recommend an advance booking time of 60 days prior to travel.

A current passport is required for all travels including Carnival Cruises. As a part of our customer service, we will assist you with any other required travel documents.
Yes, Internet access has a one-time access fee of $3.95 and per minute fees from $0.25 to $0.75 per minute depending on the package you choose.

M.R.R.S believes the flexibility to cruise when you are ready is very important. We lock in your rate for two years. You will have three years from the date we receive the first payment to use your cruise credit. We ask for no deposit and we do not charge you any interest on the price of your cruise.
